The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner/M.Perumal died on 07.02.2022. Therefore, the deceased/petitioner's legal heirs have filed an implead petition to implead them as petitioners in this Writ Petition.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having considered the petitioners' affidavit in support of the petition, it is appropriate to allow the instant petition.

4. In the result, this petition is allowed.
