This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.84 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the respondent. 2.It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is falsely implicated as accused in Cr.No.84 of 2023 for the offences under Section 341, 294 (b), 324, 307, 506 (ii) of I.P.C. He is in judicial custody from 23.06.2023. Thus, this petition is filed for seeking bail. 3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is a previous enmity between the defacto-complainant and the first accused, in connection with beating the dog of the defactocomplainant. Therefore, A1 hired A5 to assault the defacto-complainant. On 28.02.2023 at about 4.30 p.

m, when defacto-complainant was sitting in a bunk shop near his house, the accused had come there with deadly weapons. Mathew/A1 and his friends chased him and attacked him with knife. A5 had also attacked defacto-complainant with knife and caused injuries. A5 is the present petitioner here and he has nine previous cases pending. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

4.Considering the nature of the offence alleged to have been committed against the defacto-complainant, that the injuries suffered by the defacto-complainant, and that petitioner is having nine previous cases pending, and that investigation is not completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
