This review application has been filed to review the order passed in W.P.No.10538 of 2020 dated.18.09.2020.

2.Heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The main ground on which this review application has been filed is that the direction that has been issued by this Court in the writ petition runs contrary to the relief that was sought for in the writ petition, wherein, the petitioner sought for the implementation of the orders passed by the 3rd respondent and to add the name of the petitioner in the joint patta.

4.On carefully going through the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 28.03.2019, it is seen that the 3rd respondent has taken note of the Decree passed in a 2/4

suit in O.S.No.74 of 1984, dated 09.12.1984 by the Sub Court, Tiruppur and has directed the name of the petitioner to be added as a joint pattadhar in Patta No.4455 pertaining to the subject property 5.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to carry out inspection of the property along with the Decree that was passed in O.S.No.74 of 1984, dated 09.12.1984 and verify the boundaries. Thereafter, the name of the petitioner can be added as a joint pattadhar in Patta No.4455. If any third parties who were parties in the suit are to be enquired, that shall also be done before adding the name of the petitioner in the joint patta. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.This review application is disposed of in the above terms.
