..Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction to the respondent to grant permission to perform the programme of "Adal Padal" on 04.08.2019 at about 6 p.m. To 10 p.m. at "Sti Munisvaran Sri Vediappan" festival is situate at Vediappan Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District, and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated on 08.07.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent to grant permission to perform the programme of "Adal Padal" on 04.08.2019 at about 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at "Sti Munisvaran Sri Vediappan" festival is situate at Vediappan Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District, and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated on 08.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to give a fresh representation to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 3rd respondent police by giving entire details regarding the temple festival.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent police.
