C.M.P.Nos.15951, 15954 & 15957 of 2021 have been filed to condone the delay of 262 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole petitioner viz., Kandasamy, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner viz., Kandasamy and to bring on record the petitioners 1 & 2 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner viz., Kandasamy in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.15951 of 2021. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions and recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, C.M.P.No.15951 of 2021 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.15951 of 2021, C.M.P.Nos.15954 & 15957 of 2021 are also ordered.
