O R D E R

The petitioner herein has filed writ petition seeking mandamus to permit the petitioner to carry on business in the name and style of "Aanand Park Family Saloon & Thai Spa".

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents states that the petitioner is running a Spa illegally and therefore, case has been registered in Crime No.141 of 2024 and the premises been sealed. The petitioner's prayer cannot be entertained since running of Spa shall be only after obtaining permission from the authority and permission will be granted only if the applicant satisfies the conditions contemplated in the SOP issued by the Commissioner of Police.

3. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner who was running the Spa without permission is now before this Court seeking permission to carry on business without license. Such prayer cannot be entertained. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P is closed. 10.07.2024 2/4
