ORDER
This petition has been filed to extend the time limit by two weeks to execute bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu, imposed on the petitioners herein by this Court, vide order dated 24.04.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.12541 of 2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 24.04.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.12541 of 2025 with one of the condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu. He further submitted that the first petitioner herein/ A.Jaya Surya is a B.Com. student studying in Apollo Arts and Science College and since he had to attend his exam from 02.05.2025 to 14.05.2025 and the parents of the first petitioner, who are the other petitioners herein are not that well educated, they were unable to execute the sureties and bond within the stipulated period. He also submitted that the petitioner herein belongs to one family, hence sought for further time to execute bond and also furnishing common sureties before the Magistrate concerned.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the fact that the petitioners herein belongs to one family, this petition is ordered and time is 2/4
extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute common sureties for all the petitioners and to execute bond as imposed on the petitioners by this Court, vide order dated 24.04.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.12541 of 2025.
