ORDER

Seeking water and sewerage connection, the petitioner made an application and paid the necessary charges on 24.08.2015 in C.M.C.No.1216601952000, followed by representation dated 19.12.2015 to the second respondent. On its non consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation dated 19.12.2015 to the second respondent along with the copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of four weeks thereafter.

3.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
