O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a First Information Report on the basis of the aforesaid complaint dated 08.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Though the petitioner has given the complaint as early as on 08.05.2018 and the same was acknowledged by the respondents, they have not taken any action. The respondents have to enquire the complaint and either register the complaint or close the same upon completion of enquiry. Without doing so, they cannot keep the complaint pending forever.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to enquire the CSR and act in accordance with law.
