This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order in CMP No.5137/2021 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 of Erode dated 04th December 2021 to return the vehicle bearing the registration number TN 29 BS 0968 seized by the First Respondent Inspector of Police, Erode North Police Station, Erode district in Cr.No.893/2019 and permit the petitioner to sell the vehicle.
