This matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 09.10.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, FAC, Alandur, through the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu and also the letter dated 24.10.2025 received from the learned Principal

District Judge, Chengalpattu, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.423 of 2014, by a period of six months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, FAC, Alandur.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in CC.No.423 of 2014, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, FAC, Alandur, is hereby extended by six months from today. 17.12.2025 skt Note to office:- The Judicial Magistrate No-I, FAC, Alandur may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
