ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by one Angappan is pending for enquiry and the presence of the petitioner is required for concluding the enquriy expeditiously.

2.The petitioner's counsel represents that he has already appeared before the respondent police for enquiry and now also, he is ready to appear before the respondent police for concluding the enquiry at the earliest.

3.Taking into consideration of the abovesaid factors, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 17.12.2020 and the respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
