Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in RC.No.5275/2004 dated 30.05.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to treat the period of suspension from 18.01.2022 to 30.05.2025 as duty for all purpose and disburse the salary and other pensionary benefits admissible to the petitioner. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in RC.No.5275/2004 dated 30.05.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to treat the period of suspension from 18.01.2022 to 30.05.2025 as duty for all purpose and disburse the salary and other pensionary benefits admissible to the petitioner.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that in the impugned order dated 30.05.2025, does not speak about the regularization of the petitioner's suspension period.
3. At this juncture, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent would contend that the impugned order is no way prejudice to the petitioner and no right would be infringed, as the said order is only a communication. He would also submit that they will pass order regulating the suspension period of 18.01.2002 to 31.05.2025, within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the submission of the learned Central Government Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to pass order to regulate suspension period between 18.01.2022 to 3/6
30.05.2025, according to its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 30.06.2025 jas Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order 4/6
