Prayer in W.P.No.21673 of 2021: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue and register the receipts for the Overdraft Facility bearing A/c No. OD 6124311707 and to release the title deeds of the residential property comprised in Plot NO.82 (Part) in T.S.No.37/2, admeasuring 1829 sq.ft at Zamin Pallavaram Village bearing Door No.1-B, 8th Cross Street, New Colony, Chrompet, Chennai - 600 044, over which equitable mortgage in favour of the 1st respondent was created by virtue of the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds dated 30.03.2016 and 17.06.
2020 registered as document Nos.2869/2016 and 3145/2020 respectively. For Petitioner (in both W.Ps.) : M/s.S.Shalini For Respondents (in both W.Ps.) : Mrs.S.R.Sumathy COMMON ORDER W.P.No.21664 of 2021 has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to issue and register the receipts for the mortgage loan bearing A/c.No.6956778402 and to release the title deeds of the petitioner's residential property comprised in Plot No.16A in T.S.No.29 measuring 1386 sq.
Deeds dated 31.05.2018 and 05.12.2020, registered as document Nos.3836/2018 and 7479/2020 respectively.

W.P.No.21673 of 2021 has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to issue and register the receipts for the Overdraft Facility bearing A/c No. OD 6124311707 and to release the title deeds of the residential property comprised in Plot NO.82 (Part) in T.S.No.37/2, admeasuring 1829 sq.ft at Zamin Pallavaram Village bearing Door No.1-B, 8th Cross Street, New Colony, Chrompet, Chennai - 600 044, over which equitable mortgage in favour of the 1st respondent was created by virtue of the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds dated 30.03.2016 and 17.06.2020 registered as document Nos.2869/2016 and 3145/2020 respectively.
3. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.
4. Recording the said submissions, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs.
