(Cr.No.445 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14999 of 2020 by order dated 24.09.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14999 of 2020 by order dated 24.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14999 of 2020 by order dated 24.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
