ASHA, J., It is fairly conceded that as against the ex parte decree in O.S.No.381 of 2005, the appellant herein has filed an application for setting aside the ex parte decree, which is dismissed in revision as also before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. After having suffered these orders, the present petitions for stay and injunction have been filed. Therefore, these petitions are dismissed.
