2. Today, when these petitions are taken up, the learned counsel appearing for respondent/complainant submitted that the respondent filed complaints against the petitioner in C.C.Nos.3172 to 3174 of 2004, and subsequently, he has withdrawn all those cases.

Recording the abovesaid submission, these Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
