O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.16695 of 2020 on 04/01/2021 and subsequently not fulfilling the submissions before this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11971 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16695 of 2020 on 25.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that, it is a case of a sole accused and that the accused in this case V.Manohar, passed away on 11.12.2022 and that the charge against the petitioner has abated and thereby the case was closed.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 18.11.2022 Sma 2/4
