This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.13638 of 2021, dated 02.07.2021.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 02.07.2021, the respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the same vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20407/2021/Tha1, dated 10.02.2022.

3. However, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the above order, the respondent has passed another proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20407/2021/Tha1, dated 18.08.2022 granting promotion to the petitioner.
