ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner claims to be the husband of the detenue - Mrs.Anusuya, aged 27 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for the production of the detenue before this court.

2. The detenue is present. With certain amount of clarity, the detenue has informed us that she is not under the illegal detention of anybody. The detenue has even refused to have any conversation with the petitioner. Therefore, without going into the averments made in the petition, we are inclined to dismiss the Habeas Corpus Petition as we find no illegal detention involved.

3. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed setting the detenue at liberty.
