This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21523 of 2019, dated 23.02.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the Patta No.2165 issued by the Revenue Department in favour of the petitioner herein.

3. Recording the said compliance, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
