C.M.P.No.6755 of 2016 in S.A.SR.No.86989 of 2014 T.MATHIVANAN.J., This petition is filed by the appellant to condone the delay of 456 days in representing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition can be allowed subject to the condition on payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Chennai within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any reference to this Court.
