[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking production of the detenue by name Farzana Sahanas, aged 17 years, daughter of the petitioner herein from the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
