PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the trial Court to dispose the Domestic Violence case filed in D.V No.1 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet within a stipulated period prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet to dispose of the Domestic Violence Case filed in D.V. No.1 of 2018.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet to complete the trial in D.V. No.1 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
