ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9820 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police, everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that the 3 rd petitioner/Shajahan is alone regularly complying the conditions and the petitioners 1 and 2 have complied with the conditions only some days and thereafter, they are not complying with the conditions.

3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for the petitioners 1 and 2 and as far as the 3 rd petitioner is concerned, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9820 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025, is relaxed and the 3 rd petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
