The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in Crime No. Not known of 202, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, FIR in Crime No.394 of 2023 was registered.
