Whereas on Wednesday the Seventeenth day of November, Two thousand and twenty one, this Hon'ble Court directed to remand the Eighth Respondent / Accused -10, C.Surendhar @ Babulu, M/A- 23 years, S/o.R.Chandrasekar into Judicial Custody and to produce the said Respondent / Accused C.Surendhar @ Babulu, S/o R.Chandrasekar.

This is to authorize and require you, the Superintendent, Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai to receive the said accused C.Surendhar @ Babulu, M/Ayears, S/o R.Chandrasekar into your custody in the said jail, together with this warrant and thereby carry the aforesaid direction. The warrant of commitment issued by the High Court today in regard to the aforesaid Respondent/Accused in the said Criminal Appeal No.456 of 2021 should be returned to the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai for the case in SC.No. 286 of 2014, dated 13.10.2020.
