The present application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to file the suit before this Hon'ble High Court, where the property situate outside the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.A.R.Nixon, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein and since the Trust has its registered office within the jurisdiction of this Court and the properties are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted as prayed for.

4. As a corollary, Registry is directed to number the suit if the same is otherwise in order.
