ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the First Respondent in his Proceedings No.G.O(D) No.176 Commercial Taxes (G) Department, dated 23.03.2004 and in so far as this Petitioner is concerned and quash the same.

2.Mr.T.M. Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondent submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner has remitted a sum of Rs.45,000/-(Rupees Forty five thousand only) towards due under the impugned order.

3.In such circumstances,the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the matter and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
