ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st Respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the appeal dated 18.01.2024 of the petitioner in accordance with law, regarding refixation of seniority by placing the petitioner in between one Mr. Saravana kumar and Mrs. M. Sangeetha in the Final seniority List of assistants issued by the second respondent, preferred against the order of the second respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No.20613/2023/J3 dated 22.12.2023 within a limited time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ

petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 18.01.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
