PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate court, Kilpenathur instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10465 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025 and pass orders. This petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate court, Kilpenathur instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10465 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025 and pass orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
