ORDER

This review application has been filed praying to review the order dated 25.11.2025 passed in WP.No.30989 of 2024 by this Court, thereby dismissing the writ petition since GO.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 is not applicable to the case of the petitioner.

However, now by way of this review application, it is brought to notice of this Court that the aforementioned Government Order is applicable to the case of the petitioner since the petitioner's suspension order can be reviewed once in a quarter as per the Rules i.e. Tamil Nadu Village Panchayat Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2013.

In view of the above, the order dated 25.11.2025 passed in WP.No.30989 of 2024 by this Court is reviewed and the first respondent is directed to revisit the order of suspension dated 10.08.2017 in the light of the GO.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 and to place the petitioner in any one of the non sensitive posts till completion of the criminal case / disciplinary

proceedings, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this review application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
