(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to measure the property.

3. Mr.N.Manokaran, Learned counsel on record for the petitioner submits that he has returned the papers to the petitioner on 24.03.2022. No separate arrangement seems to have been made.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that on 28.07.2018, the measurement was carried out. As the measurement is already carried out, the parties may take steps pursuant to the measurement.

5. The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
