This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.7590 of 2023 on 06.04.2023 to report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation completed and final report filed in C.C.No.5476 of 2023 before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates, for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, on all further hearing dates without fail.
