ORDER

The petitioner is the widow of Late.Raju @ George Raju and complaints that her son has obtained a legal heir certificate excluding her name and has indulged in certain activity affecting her right to property. The petitioner now requires a legal heir certificate including her name as the legal heir of Late.Raju @ George Raju.

2.Mr.V.Manoharanm learned Additional Government Pleader appeared for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that the petitioner has to prefer a representation to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ambattur to rectify or cancel the legal heir certificate already issued. 3.This Court suo motu impleads the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 040 as the fourth respondent. 4.The Registry is required to carry out necessary amendments in the 2/4

cause-title.

5.The petitioner is now required to file her appeal/representation to the RDO/fourth respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, whereupon, the fourth respondent is required to enquire on the same, with notice to those who are likely to be affected by his decision, and dispose of the said representation within a period of twelve (12) week thereafter.
