The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to implement the order of this Court in W.P. No. 5040 of 2015 dated 28.07.2021, confirmed by the judgement of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 594 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 passed in favour of late Suresh (died in harness on 16.06.2022) by regularizing his services in the regular post which was sanctioned as per G.O. (P) No. 243 Agri. Department dated 10.12.2013 and grant all consequential emoluments and grant appointment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds, within a time frame.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without 2/5
expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to implement the order of this Court in W.P. No. 5040 of 2015 dated 28.07.2021, confirmed by the judgement of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 594 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 passed in favour of late Suresh (died in harness on 16.06.2022) by regularizing his services in the regular post which was sanctioned as per G.O. (P) No. 243 Agri. Department dated 10.12.2013, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
