The learned Counsel on record, appearing on behalf of the respondents, seek time till Tuesday i.e., 30.08.2022.

But, however, the prayer of the petitioner is to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to print the names of the learned Counsel for the respondents at the time of admission.
