Learned counsel for the parties propose and agree that Mr.Thriyambak Kannan, be appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties.

2. I hereby appoint Mr.Thriyambak Kannan, Advocate residing at M-1, Vadhula Apartment, No.18 Brindavan Street, Mylapore, Chennai

600 004 (Mobile - 9884624563), who is present in Court and as agreed to by the parties, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicating the disputes inter se the parties. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the ageis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre.

3.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
