O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner letter dated 09.04.2018 forthwith.

2. It is seen from the Court records that on earlier occasion, i.e., on 15.12.2021, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter today under the caption "for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. The subject matter relates to revival of the policy expired due to non payment of renewal premium within the time limit prescribed. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent dated 09.04.2018 and since the petitioner's representation was not considered, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court, seeking to issue appropriate direction to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to consider his representation.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that he has obtained instruction from the respondent that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2018 will be considered by the respondent subject to the fulfilment of the health and other requirements.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner also shall comply with the requirements to be sought for by the respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
