O R D E R

The parties are not able to resolve the disputes and state that the matter will have to go to arbitration under the ageis of Madras High Court Arbitration Centre.

2. As proposed, I appoint Mr.G.Dharmaraj, a retired District Judge, (Mobile 9841704448) E3, E Block Lake View Apartment, Anna Nedun Salai, Perungudi, Chennai-96, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. As

requested, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

3. The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
