ORDER

This writ petition has been directed against the impugned order, which is appealable before the Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Chennai under Section 21 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act. Therefore, after some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate forum. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate forum. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.19930 & 19931 of 2018 are also dismissed. No costs.
