ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue the petitioner's original degree certificate and to grant compensation for the loss of job opportunities, based on the petitioner's representation 16.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
