ORDER
The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 24.3.2025 seeking cancellation of the settlement deeds dated 19.7.2024 registered as Doc.Nos.3775 and 3776 of 2024, Sub Register Office, Anna Nagar in respect of the property comprised in Old Survey No.37/2, T.S.No.31, situated at Block No.2, bearing Door No.8D, Pillayar koil Street, Keelnaduvankarai, Chennai-600 040.
2. After submitting for a brief while, learned counsel for petitioners would request the liberty of this Court to file a fresh representation before the appropriate respondent.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioners to submit a representation before the appropriate authority in this regard. If any such representation is submitted by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed after affording the petitioners a reasonable opportunity of hearing. It is made clear that this Court 2/4
has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
