ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.04.2025, seeking bail in Crime No.161 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 194 of BNSS @ Sections 103, 305(a), 238, 329(4) of BNSS. Page No.1 of 3
2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased is the house owner and the 1st accused is a tenant and on the date of occurrence, when the deceased demanded rent, 1st accused along with the petitioner/2nd accused had brutally attacked him and murdered him and also hanged him, as if the deceased committed suicide and further allegations is that the deceased had committed suicide. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an innocent person and false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
