Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 05.04.2019 with appropriate C.S.R.No.71 of 2019 and file FIR regarding the complaint and give the FIR copy to the petitioner for claiming of missing documents bearing No.590/1966 and 1254/1970 from the Sivakasi Sub Registrar Office to do necessary on the said complaint dated 05.04.2019 as per law, and to file a final report before the Court of competent jurisdiction in the aforesaid matter. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR.

2.The complaint has been given by the petitioner on the ground that certain original documents are missing. A paper advertisement has also been given in this regard and in order to proceed further to get a certified copy of the document from the Registrar Office and to deal with the property, it is necessary that an FIR is registered in this regard.

3.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR based on the complaint dated 05.04.2019 and which is pending in the C.S.R. stage.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
