ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP No. 128 of 2023 pending on the file of Sub-ordinate Court, Thiruvottiyur, Tiruvallur District and to transfer the same to the file of the Hon'ble I Additional Family court,

Chennai.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the side of the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is living with her aged parents at Chennai, without source of income, the reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence, the Sub-ordinate Court, Thiruvottiyur, is directed to transfer HMOP No. 128 of 2023 to the I Additional Family court, Chennai. Further, the I Additional Family court, Chennai is directed to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible after giving notice to the respondent.

4.In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
