The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.01.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 01.01.2016, for which, C.S.R.No.1 of 2016 has been assigned. But the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.1 of 2016, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 06.02.2016.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
