Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa/419/2004 dated 18.03.2008 and pass orders.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa/419/2004 dated 18.03.2008 and quash the same.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that initially he was appointed as Headmaster on 07.09.1970 and he was retired from his service on 31.03.2004 as Headmaster in Adi Dravidar Welfare Middle School, Kalathur, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District. The petitioner was issued a communication order Na.Ka.No.Aa/419/2004 dated 18.03.2008, to remit Rs.2,80,902/- into Government Account. know that the then clerk by oversight made wrong entry in the service register of the petitioner that the petitioner was working as "Secondary Grade Teacher" instead of making entry as "Secondary Grade Head Master". Hence the said communication was issued to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the said communication dated 18.03.2008, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition.

3.When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become Infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.In view of the above statement made and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
