Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 28.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12563 of 2021 on the file of Dusi Police Station, now transferred to Cheyyar Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that during pendency of the petition, the law enforcing agency has conducted the investigation and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar on 15.12.2021. Hence, cancellation of anticipatory bail doesn't arise.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that since, the charge sheet has been filed by the law enforcing agency on 15.12.2021, cancellation of anticipatory bail doesn't arise.
