Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV Court, Salem .
